Christmas Day... According to Logan

Santa came to our house!! I slept in because I had been having so much fun over the past few days. My brother, Tyler, woke up early but waited with my Mommy and Daddy to open any gifts until I woke up. Once I got up, I was super excited to see what Santa brought for Tyler and me!

Everyone knows that I was hoping for three things from Santa: Elmo, Cookie Monster, and a robot!
Guess what!? I got all three of them!!! I even got other surprises; my parents said it was because I was such a good boy all year!
As soon as I opened my Elmo, I continued to say, "It's Elmo! It's him! It really is him!" I jumped for joy and hugged him. I could barely believe that I actually got him!!

Tyler happily laughed at and reached for all of his new toys and clothes. He liked watching me open mine, too!

Another favorite toy was my microphone, which I immediately opened and started performing with. I sang song after song and turned the music up extra loud!

After we played A LOT, it was time for a nap. Then, Papa and our family came over to celebrate even more. We got to stay in our Christmas pajamas all day long.

We gave some gifts and got gifts, too! I loved playing with all of my new stuff. I had a lot of fun with everyone!

Tyler and I got matching chairs, but he was the only one willing to model them for a picture.

I spent the rest of my Christmas evening singing songs for everyone while Tyler bounced and danced along. Tyler had an amazing first Christmas and I had such a fantastic day, too! My parents are amazed at how much more Christmas means now that they have the two of us to celebrate, play, and laugh with; this is by far the best Christmas season that they can remember!

Christmas Eve... According to Tyler

We started off our Christmas Eve morning decorating cookies for Santa! Logan was very good at decorating with the frosting and I helped with the sprinkles.

There were supposed to be three cookies, but "we" decided that Santa would be happy with just two, because Logan wanted to make sure they tasted yummy!

Later, we got dressed in our matching Santa outfits and went to Grammy's house to celebrate.

We had so much fun celebrating with everyone! We gave gifts, opened gifts, and played with everything!
Logan jumped for joy when he opened his toys and wanted to play with them right away. I was surprisingly interested and excited about my toys, too! I reached for everything and laughed at the toys.

After our naps, we got dressed for a big family party. Grammy had 30 people over to her house; every one of them was so excited to see us and to play with us! I was passed from person to person, laughing and smiling at each of them. Logan talked to everyone and loved playing fishing with them.

We stayed up way past our bedtimes and were getting sleepy, so we got our matching Christmas pajamas on. Logan hugged me goodnight and we headed home to get a good night of sleep so Santa could come!
