Rainy Day

It was a rainy day today! I didn't like having to be carried under an umbrella and wear my hood on the way to swim class. 

But, the day turned around when I had fun at swim class and then I got to watch a new TV show about the Cat in the Hat!

Later, at the grocery store, I couldn't even believe that I was finally allowed to ride in the car-cart! 

I really get to drive?!

This is awesome!!

Laughing at Uncle Nick

When I see Uncle Nick, I start laughing before he even does anything silly! We had a slumber party the other night, and he was making me laugh a lot. Here is a little video of my giggles while giving him high-fives; my cheeks were stuck in a smile!

My 1-year Doctor Check-Up

I had my one-year-old doctor check-up yesterday. I am a healthy, growing boy! I liked to tear the paper off of the doctor's table, crumple it into a ball and throw it at him while saying, "oh, no!" It was so silly. One of the nurses told me that I was her favorite patient! 

Here are my new stats:

Weight: 23 pounds 12 ounces

Height: 30.5 Inches

Happy Birthday, Aunt Jen!

Aunt Jen and Uncle Dominick cam in town this weekend, so we got together to celebrate Aunt Jen's birthday! I got to play with everyone and eat lots of yummy food. I hope Aunt Jen had a wonderful birthday!!

Itsy Bitsy Spider

During snack time yesterday, my Mommy and I played the Itsy Bitsy Spider game. She sang the song and did the motions and I watched in amusement, as usual. This time, I decided that I wanted to try, too! While still eating my Goldfish crackers, I tried to dance along to the song with her! I'm learning the motions just by watching her; I've almost got it!

BOOKS!

Until now, I always thought books were things for Mommy or Daddy to read to me. If I got a hold of them on my own, I would throw them as far as I could and sit and enjoy the 60-some books scattered around me. 

Lately, I've been interested in the pictures in the books and have fun looking at them on my own!

My Kind of Shopping!

I don't mind going shopping with Mommy; I get to try new foods and look at a lot of different people. Sometimes, I just let Mommy do her thing and relax. Now, this is my kind of shopping!!
